Frequently Asked Questions

Calculating the price for soft washing a roof involves considering several crucial factors.

Firstly, the size of the roof plays a significant role. Cleaning a larger roof takes more time compared to a roof that is half the size, given similar circumstances.

Secondly, the level of infestation is a key consideration. A roof heavily infested with moss requires more effort to clean compared to one with minimal moss growth. Removing substantial amounts of moss from the property adds to the overall cost.

Thirdly, access is an important factor. It is essential to assess whether our technicians can access all areas of the roof effectively for thorough cleaning. Properties with ample surrounding space for our equipment result in quicker completion times, thus reducing the price.

Fourthly, the price includes the cost of specialized equipment, ongoing staff training, specialized cleaning solutions, and insurance coverage. These elements enable us to deliver a service that surpasses the expectations of even the most discerning customers.

Your quotation takes all these factors into account, along with our unique offering of a fully-underwritten 5-year warranty in most cases.

To illustrate, a small 2-bedroom bungalow with adequate access and minimal moss infestation may cost around £1,500, whereas a roof with heavy moss growth and challenging access can easily double the price. For a large 5-bedroom detached house, the price could start from £4,000.

In summary, the key factors influencing the price include the roof’s size, type, ease of access and location, as well as the level of infestation.

Our mission, “To provide the most phenomenal service experience ever,” goes beyond mere buzzwords. It represents our mindset and ethos. While we take pride in receiving 5-star reviews from our customers on Google, we continuously strive to improve and enhance their experience.

First and foremost, the size and condition of your roof are crucial factors to consider when determining the cleaning process. How much moss, dirt, staining, algae, and lichen are present? Our goal is to thoroughly clean the roof and eliminate any contaminants.

The surface area of the roof, the type of property, its size, pitch, and the type of tiles used all influence the duration of the cleaning process and the appropriate cleaning method.

The tools and access equipment required for the job are also significant considerations. Can the roof be cleaned from the ground, using ladders, or will a scaffold tower or cherry picker be necessary? The accessibility of the entire roof or the need for repositioning the equipment affects the time required for cleaning.

Weather conditions also play a role as we work outdoors. Adverse weather can significantly slow down the process, regardless of the equipment and access available.

Cleaning a roof inevitably creates a mess that needs to be cleaned up afterward. The time required for this cleanup should not be underestimated, and it is crucial to ensure that the company you choose takes this into account.

Neighboring properties should also be considered. It is important to clean up any mess on your property and surrounding areas affected by the fallout during the cleaning process.

As an example, an average three-bedroom house with a moderately mossy roof can typically be cleaned within three to four hours if a cherry picker has good access. An additional two hours should be allocated for cleaning up the fallen debris.

For such a property, we aim to complete the roof cleaning and cleanup within a day, assuming favorable conditions based on the factors mentioned above. Larger properties, those with more severe dirt or moss buildup, or those with poorer access would naturally require a longer time for cleaning.

oft Washing is a highly effective method of cleaning a building’s exterior surfaces using a gentle, low-pressure approach. It involves the application of a chemical solution to kill and detach organic matter, such as moss and algae, without the need for technicians to stand directly on the roof. As long as they can access the surface from a few feet away via a scaffold tower or mobile lifting platform, the soft washing process can be completed. This low-pressure application minimizes the risk of roof damage or water ingress into the property. Competent technicians can ensure that the treated areas are left spotless, sanitized, and maintain their cleanliness for an extended period.

Performing soft washing requires extensive training, specialized equipment, and the use of specific chemicals to achieve long-lasting and high-quality results. Access to the areas to be cleaned may pose challenges in confined spaces, as the soft wash solutions need to be sprayed from a distance rather than in close proximity to the surface. Care must be taken to prevent the soft wash solutions from entering drains or falling onto landscaped areas or gardens without immediate counter treatment to prevent any adverse effects.

Scraping is a commonly used method for removing visible organic growth, such as moss, from a roof. It can often be done from the ground using an extending pole system. A metal blade attached to a pole is used to scrape off the moss and debris from the surface. While scraping can provide immediate visual results, it is a short-lived solution as it does not remove the roots of the organic growth. This may promote greater regrowth of moss in the future, similar to pruning a bush in autumn to stimulate regrowth in spring. Scraping can potentially disturb tiles and pointing, especially when done by inexperienced individuals from a distance, making it difficult to identify any underlying issues or damage.

Pressure washing involves using high-pressure water to clean various surfaces, and many homeowners may already have their own pressure washer for tasks like car washing. While pressure washing can yield visually appealing results with minimal experience, it carries the risk of water ingress beneath the roof structure. The force of high-pressure water can potentially damage and crack roof tiles, as well as dislodge essential mortar pointing. Moreover, pressure washing may not completely remove all organic matter, leading to faster and more significant regrowth in a relatively short timeframe.

Steam cleaning can be utilized to clean roofs in specific cases, but it is more commonly employed by cleaning specialists for stonework and certain types of cladding. However, steam cleaning equipment, due to the high pressure and nature of steam, can be hazardous in untrained hands or if the equipment is poorly maintained. Similar to pressure washing, high-pressure steam carries the risk of damaging roof tiles, mortar pointing, and other structural components. Although it is more likely to kill all organic material and slow down regrowth, caution must be exercised to avoid potential damage.

Accessing a roof for cleaning purposes should only be performed by trained individuals with the appropriate equipment. Roofs can be slippery, and it is generally illegal for operatives to stand directly on them. The recommended method for safe access is through the use of mobile platforms, also known as “Cherry Pickers,” or mobile scaffold towers. Homeowners should be aware of their liability in such situations and ensure that any companies or individuals hired to clean their roof or any other exterior surface have adequate insurance coverage and possess the necessary equipment and training to carry out the task safely.

During the soft washing process, it is recommended to remain indoors and keep pets indoors as well. However, once the cleaning is complete, everything can resume as usual. Nearby garden areas receive an application of ample water, fertiliser, and a neutralising solution. In fact, in most cases, your garden will actually benefit from this treatment.

It is important to note that the soft washing process uses safe and eco-friendly solutions that pose minimal risk to plants and vegetation. The water, fertiliser, and neutralising solution applied to the garden areas help nourish the plants and promote their growth. As a result, your garden can thrive and flourish following the soft washing treatment.

By following these precautions and allowing the necessary time for the cleaning process and subsequent treatment, your property’s exterior and surrounding garden areas can be rejuvenated and maintained in a clean and pristine condition.

Term

The SoftWash Systems® in-network professional provides a comprehensive roof cleaning service to ensure a spot-free absence of dark moulds and mildews on the client’s roof for a period of 12 months from the original cleaning date. From years 2 to 5, any areas with recurring dark moulds or mildews will be treated, either partially or in full, with the contractor covering 50% of the original quoted price and the property owner paying a prorated amount of 50%, after discounts. The cost of retreatment will be prorated based on the original quoted retail price of the roof cleaning from the initial cleaning date. Smaller areas of staining, comprising less than 25% of the total roof area, will be prorated according to the current hourly charge for service.

Courtesy Treatments

At the customer’s request and based on the SoftWash Systems® in-network professional’s schedule, small and insignificant areas may receive courtesy treatments. However, the SoftWash Systems® in-network professional reserves the right to discontinue any and all courtesy treatments.

Conditions

This warranty covers various types of roofs, including shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, slate, asbestos, and composite roofs, provided they have the proper pitch and no water pooling on the surface. The SoftWash Systems® roof cleaning process is safe for your roof. If any damage occurs to your roof as a result of our personnel, process, or chemicals, the SoftWash Systems® in-network professional will repair or replace your roof, at its discretion. Furthermore, if the SoftWash Systems® process and/or chemicals void the manufacturer’s warranties on your roof, the SoftWash Systems® in-network professional will repair or replace your roof in accordance with the terms and conditions of the roofing manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not cover newly installed or replacement roofs that were not initially treated by the SoftWash Systems®, areas under or around roof-mounted equipment, or events of Force Majeure determined by the local area. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the roof free from debris and ensure that tree limbs are trimmed at least eight feet away from the roof surface. Retreatment for Green Mustard Algae is not covered by this warranty.

This spot-free limited warranty is transferable to the new owner of the property.

If you notice any mould growth on your pitched roof, please contact us immediately at 01302 965205 or send an email to info@bluewhalesws.co.uk. Please provide as much information as possible, including the PR Reference number on your quote/invoice form, address, and any accompanying pictures.

In most cases, we will dispatch a surveyor to assess the situation and coordinate with our operations department to promptly arrange the retreatment of the affected roof area.

In the UK, it is strictly prohibited for roof cleaners to climb on pitched roofs due to the proven risks and potential damage to the roof surface.

To ensure safety and prevent any harm, a Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP), commonly known as a ‘cherry picker’ or scaffold tower, is utilized. This equipment allows technicians to work safely from above the roof, providing access to all areas for a thorough and effective cleaning and treatment process.

Indeed, it happens surprisingly often.

This is especially true when a roof has been neglected for an extended period, allowing organic growth to compromise the structural integrity of the roof tiles and potentially cause damage to the underlying structure. In such cases, homeowners are left with no choice but to seek the assistance of a roofing contractor to either repair or replace the entire roof.

A reputable exterior cleaning company with extensive experience will only undertake a project if they are confident that their work will visibly enhance the appearance and/or prolong the lifespan of the area being cleaned and treated. If a surveyor determines that the roof cannot be effectively cleaned and treated, they have a responsibility to inform the homeowner of the best course of action to take, even if it may not be the news the homeowner had hoped for.

Absolutely.

With our Safe Roof & Exterior Cleaning SoftWash System, we have a proven process and effective cleaning solutions that are guaranteed to eliminate unsightly black streaks from your roof on the very day of cleaning and treatment. Pressure washing is often the go-to method for many when considering cleaning rendered walls outdoors. It’s a familiar approach, as pressure washers have been around for a long time and are widely recognized for their functionality.

However, it’s crucial to note that pressure washing should NEVER be used on render.

First and foremost, pressure washing can easily cause damage to the render, potentially creating holes or deep scars on the surface. Repairing such damage can result in significant expenses.

Secondly, even if the render remains undamaged, pressure washing merely provides a temporary solution by giving the organic matter growth a mere trim. The growth will quickly return, often thicker than before.

The preferred approach to effectively clean rendered walls is through soft washing.

Soft washing involves a carefully blended mixture of bleach, surfactants, and water. By cleaning the render with bleach, all spores of organic matter are effectively killed, preventing regrowth. Any future growth will be new, not a resurgence of the old.

There are misconceptions and concerns surrounding bleach and its usage.

The truth is, bleach is a powerful germ killer. Many homeowners use bleach daily at a 5% strength, employing it in their toilets and drains. It is readily available at supermarkets.

Bleach biodegrades into salt and water within 20 days of being introduced to the environment (as bleach is made from salt and water).

When applying bleach, or Sodium Hypochlorite, to a rendered wall, it must be appropriately diluted with water and combined with specially formulated surfactants to ensure sufficient dwell time. This ensures the complete eradication of roots and provides long-lasting results due to its antimicrobial properties.

The ideal equipment for safely mixing the required ingredients—bleach, soap, and water—is a Soft Wash System. These systems, manufactured in Orlando, USA, are used by a select number of UK companies that have made significant investments not only in acquiring the equipment but also in training their staff on its safe usage.

Most rendered walls in the UK can be effectively cleaned using bleach at a mere 2% strength. When mixed carefully with Green Wash, a product specifically designed to safely blend with bleach, long-lasting results can be expected.

Soft wash systems come with a price tag ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, making them unaffordable for many contractors.

It’s important to note that “Soft Washing” has become a widely used term in the cleaning industry, but it is often misunderstood by contractors and homeowners alike. In many cases, those without access to a Soft Wash system are cutting corners and prioritizing profit over the necessary knowledge to provide the best service.

There are numerous Facebook threads and cleaning forums where window cleaners, pressure washing contractors, and other cleaning company owners discuss cleaning render with bleach. Unfortunately, the advice they receive in these discussions is often dangerous. Many believe that mixing a 15% strength sodium hypochlorite with water at a 50/50 ratio is safe, but this is incorrect.

Such a mixture would be TOO STRONG and, when combined with dishwashing liquid, poses serious health risks.

A professional soft wash cleaning system is specifically designed to gently apply cleaning solutions at a pressure of 45-50 psi, maintaining a distance of approximately 6 feet. This pressure level is similar to that of a garden hose or a moderate rainfall.

The term “soft washing” accurately describes the nature of this equipment, as it allows for a gentle yet highly effective cleaning process.

Absolutely!

Organic matter can thrive on anything made of limestone, including concrete, cement, and roof tiles.

If left untreated, roofs can experience up to a 50% reduction in their expected lifespan. The black streaks, caused by bacteria, feed on the limestone present in the shingles, leading to erosion. Bacteria, moss, lichen, and algae can all contribute to the loss of granules from shingles. The bacteria weaken the shingles, while the root systems of moss and lichen cause discoloration and potential cracks. These damages significantly shorten the lifespan of the roof. Additionally, granular loss reduces the roof’s ability to reflect UV rays and protect against the elements.

The sooner you clean and treat your roof, the better!

Soft washing effectively eliminates bacteria, algae, moss, and lichen from your roof, helping to extend its lifespan.

While other methods of roof cleaning may appear cheaper, they often fall short of removing 100% of the organic matter, resulting in shorter-lasting results. That’s why Blue Whale SWS has chosen soft washing as our primary cleaning method.

Roof and Exterior Cleaning services available in:

Doncaster, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Hull, Derbyshire, and the surrounding areas.

Soft washing is a gentle and effective method of exterior cleaning that utilizes a chemical solution to eliminate and detach organic matter from the surfaces of a building’s exterior. Unlike pressure washing, soft washing operates at a low pressure, reducing the risk of damage to the roof or water ingress into the property. This process effectively kills all organic matter and, when performed by competent technicians, leaves the treated areas spotless, sanitized, and long-lasting.

What is SoftWashing?

Soft washing is an alternative to pressure washing that avoids the use of damaging high pressure. It thoroughly cleans surfaces and eliminates the bacteria responsible for discoloration on roofs and other building surfaces.

How Do I Know Soft Washing Works?

Soft washing was developed in Florida, USA, over 30 years ago and has been successfully used in theme parks such as Disney and Universal Studios. Soft Wash Systems equipment, training, and chemicals have benefited over 100,000 roofs worldwide.

Why is Soft Washing Better Than Pressure Washing?

Soft washing not only cleans the surface layer but also eradicates the microorganisms causing staining. Unlike pressure washing, it does not employ harmful high pressure, and its treatments have longer-lasting results.

Why is it Important to Kill Microorganisms?

Microorganisms like mold, algae, lichen, and bacteria are responsible for most staining on roofs and other surfaces. Their metabolic by-products can be acidic and damaging to the surfaces. Killing these bacteria prevents regrowth and extends the longevity of the cleaning service.

Is Soft Washing Really Safe?

Yes, when carried out by fully trained professionals with appropriate soft wash equipment designed for safe use. The cleaning solutions used in our SoftWash System are 100% biodegradable and have low VOC emissions. Our services are non-toxic and do not release any harmful chemicals into the surrounding area.

Is SoftWashing Safe for Plants, Children, and Pets?

We have completed specific plant and property protection training, and protective measures are part of our standard operating procedures. People, plants, and pets are kept safe during the process. All our solutions are eco-friendly and biodegradable. We recommend that pets and their families stay indoors until the job is complete, but arrangements can be made for access as needed. Precautionary measures are taken to protect nearby plants and vegetation, including pre-wetting and the application of a proprietary plant wash containing nutrients and a chemical neutralizer once the job is complete. Our professionally trained and competent SoftWash teams prioritize the protection of your landscaping and personal property.

Is Soft Washing Environmentally Friendly?

Soft washing is more environmentally friendly than pressure washing for several reasons:

  • Our cleaning solutions are 100% biodegradable.
  • Our cleaning services have low VOC emissions.
  • We use only one-third of the water compared to pressure washing.
  • SoftWash Systems cleanings last four to six times longer than pressure washing, reducing the frequency of cleaning.
  • Soft washing preserves materials, such as roof tiles and render, saving money for consumers and minimizing waste in landfills associated with roof, wall, fence, and deck replacements.

Many people assume that during a roof cleaning inspection, the surveyor only assesses the size and condition of the roof. While this is understandable, there are other factors that need to be considered as well.

When a surveyor visits your property for roof cleaning purposes, they will first examine the ground surrounding your property. This is to identify any obstacles that may affect roof access and to develop a safe plan to overcome them without causing damage.

It is important to note that, in the UK, it is illegal for roof cleaning technicians to walk on your roof. Therefore, a safe method of accessing the roof from the ground must be established. Scaffold towers and cherry pickers often provide the best access and can be easily moved.

After assessing accessibility, the surveyor will then inspect the property’s mains water supply. A water source, such as an outside tap, is necessary for the cleaning process. The flow rate of the water supply will also be measured.

A low flow rate, around 7 litres per minute, will be insufficient, and the surveyor may need to consider alternative methods to ensure an adequate water supply. This could have an impact on the quotation. A flow rate of 15 litres per minute is typically considered adequate.

Next, the surveyor will examine the roof itself. They will check for any damage, loose or cracked tiles, and assess the extent of moss infestation. A scale of 1-5 is often used to rate moss infestation, with 1 indicating a low level that can be easily removed and rejuvenated, and 5 indicating a thick carpet-like coverage across the entire roof.

If the moss growth is rated as a 5, it may be difficult for the surveyor to accurately assess the condition of the roof. In such cases, it is recommended that the homeowner prepares for a roof replacement instead of receiving a quote for cleaning.

Another important factor to consider is the amount of moss that needs to be removed. Even on medium-sized roofs with a moss rating of 3 out of 5, it is common to remove over a tonne of moss. Hippo Bags, which can be found at DIY stores, are a convenient way to contain and dispose of such a large volume of moss.

The surveyor should also evaluate access to the property, including parking space for the roof cleaning team and any overhead telephone lines or overhanging trees that could affect access. Alternative methods of access may need to be considered.

Once the roof has been inspected and the volume of moss determined, the next step is to measure the total area of the roof. This measurement will determine the cost of the roof cleaning service.

You should receive a written quotation that includes the square footage of the roof, the volume of moss and debris, and the price for the cleaning service. This will allow you to decide whether you want to proceed with that company or not. Some companies may provide an instant on-site quotation, while others may send it to you via email or post afterwards. Regardless of the method, it is crucial to have the quotation in writing before proceeding further. Relying on a verbal quote can lead to changes in price, with additional costs or previously unmentioned extras being added.

The quotation should clearly state the cost of the cleaning service, the cleanup process, and the proper disposal of waste.

Moss, lichens, and mold must be properly dealt with…

The amount of moss and debris that can be removed from a roof is often quite astonishing. It is not uncommon to remove a tonne of moss and debris from a single house’s roof. Such a significant volume cannot be left on the ground; it must be carefully swept up and removed from the site. Any reputable exterior cleaning company will include this as part of their service and ensure that the site is left tidy as a standard practice.

Are you wondering if roof cleaning is suitable for your home?

It’s an excellent question and an important one, as the decision to clean your roof is not reversible once it’s done.

Like any home improvement service, roof cleaning has its advantages and disadvantages.

On the positive side, professional soft wash roof cleaners today do an incredibly thorough job of treating and cleaning roofs, resulting in a long-lasting clean appearance. Typically, the cleanliness can be maintained for up to 5 years. This is great if you prefer a clean-looking roof but not so ideal if you prefer the aged, mossy aesthetic.

Another factor to consider is whether you have sufficient space for a roof cleaner to erect a scaffold tower or use a cherry picker to safely access your roof. Additionally, you’ll need a driveway that can accommodate at least two vehicles during the roof cleaning process.

Having an outside tap is essential as it is used to fill up the Soft Washing Tanks on the roof cleaner’s van.

In cases where there are numerous overhead power lines connected to your home, cleaning the roof safely may not be possible.

It’s important to note that professional roof cleaners will not walk on your roof. If you choose a low-cost company that uses high-pressure methods and allows technicians on the roof, you must consider the potential consequences if something goes wrong.

Cleaning the roofs of terrace homes is typically not advisable unless all the roofs in the row are cleaned simultaneously. This is because it can result in visual discrepancies among the roofs.

If you have extensive moss growth covering the roof tiles, it may indicate that the cleaning has been delayed for too long. In such cases, the tiles could be damaged, and there might be moss growth beneath them, potentially necessitating roof replacement.

Consider these factors carefully before deciding whether to proceed with roof cleaning for your home.

Zig Ziglar, an American author, holds a special place in our organization, and we thoroughly enjoy reading his books. Recently, we completed “Secrets of Closing The Sale,” and there was a particular section that resonated with us—the discussion on price versus cost.

Every day, we are faced with decisions regarding the items or services we intend to purchase. Price represents the immediate agreement at the moment of purchase, while cost encompasses the long-term quality throughout the entire agreement, including any upgrades, repairs, or improvements.

Ziglar shared an enlightening example of buying a bike at either $64 or $34. Although they opted for the cheaper $34 bike, it ended up costing them significantly more over time due to frequent repairs, ultimately surpassing the cost of the $64 bike. This example shed light on the true intentions and hesitations of buyers, providing me with a newfound understanding.

My key takeaway from this is that if you find yourself primarily concerned about price, it’s crucial to delve deeper and discern whether your underlying worry is truly about price alone or if it pertains to the overall cost and long-term value.

When selecting a service, it’s important to consider the long-term value, which can often outweigh the initial attraction of a low price.

We offer various payment options to accommodate our customers:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Bank transfer
  • Debit card
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (AMEX)

In addition to these options, we also provide interest-free payment plans for your convenience.

We understand that many homeowners prefer to manage their expenses by spreading out the cost of home improvements. Our monthly payment plan is designed with this in mind. Here’s how it works:

Upon booking the work, a 30% deposit is required. Following that, you can make five equal monthly payments to complete the payment.

If you’re interested in this payment plan or have any further questions, please discuss it with our team when booking your free home visit. We’re here to assist you.

In most cases, that shouldn’t be a problem.

As long as we have unobstructed and safe access to all areas of your property, along with a water supply, you can trust us to handle the job while you focus on your other responsibilities. Whether it’s going to work, doing the school run, or running errands, you can confidently leave and return to a clean and refreshed environment.

Rest assured that we prioritize safety and efficiency in our work, allowing you to carry on with your daily routine without any worries.

Certainly, we can accommodate that.

At Blue Whale SoftWash, we understand that there may be specific cleaning requirements, such as focusing on the front visible roof to enhance the curb appeal of a home that is up for sale. However, we highly recommend avoiding partial cleaning and treatment.

The reason behind this recommendation is that any untreated sections of the roof most likely already contain bacteria and algae spores that are not visible to the naked eye. These spores can easily spread to the treated roof sections, leading to accelerated contamination and re-growth. Therefore, we do not provide the 5-year “spot free” limited warranty for partial cleanings and treatments.

On a side note, our 5-year “spot free” limited warranty is transferable if the home is sold, adding an extra benefit for homeowners.

Rest assured that our comprehensive cleaning and treatment approach ensures the best results and long-term protection for your roof.

This is a common question asked by homeowners and property managers across Kent and the United Kingdom.

The size and type of render used on houses and apartments can vary, which affects the treatment time and method. Brands like K-Rend, Weber, Monocouche, and Ecorend offer through coloured render in various shades, and each requires a specific approach for effective cleaning and treatment.

Cleaning companies must have a thorough understanding of the render type to ensure proper treatment and removal of the growing infestation.

The height of the building also plays a role in determining the cost. Can the render be safely cleaned from the ground, or will specialized access equipment be necessary?

For smaller houses, a soft wash mixture can be used for treatment, with prices starting from £850. Larger and more complex houses may range from £850 to £4,000.

Apartment buildings that are three stories or taller will incur additional access costs. The use of a MEWP (also known as a Cherry Picker) is often a cost-effective alternative to expensive scaffolding. For extremely tall buildings, abseilers may be required to rappel down the sides of the property to treat mold, mildew, and lichens. Prices for apartment buildings can vary between £4,000 and £200,000, depending on factors such as height, overall size, and the extent of infestation that has developed over the years.

Arranging a free site visit is the best option to allow the surveyor to assess the requirements for safe and satisfactory completion of the work.

It’s also important to consider why the render has become infested with organic matter stains. What type of organic matter is growing on your render? Is it Trentophilia (reddish) or Cyanobacteria (greenish or bluish)?

Understanding the underlying causes is crucial. For example, North-facing elevations may be more susceptible to mold growth due to less sunlight exposure. Other factors such as adjacent fields, overflowing gutters, or overhanging trees can contribute to the issue.

A knowledgeable surveyor will provide appropriate advice on how to mitigate regrowth effectively.

By addressing these considerations, you can ensure a comprehensive and effective approach to cleaning and maintaining your rendered walls.

Absolutely.
